I was headed back to town and forgot my keys hours away, and I was still a couple hours out. They asked when I would be to town and said to call them when I was closer and they could be arriving close to when I was getting there. I called back and they said within minutes they would send Stephen out. Maybe two minutes after he called to say he would be there within driving time. He made it to my house maybe 7 minutes after my call time, he was absolutely great, very polite and got my house unlocked within 10 minutes. It was 100$ even which is a lot cheaper than gas and time driving back. I would 1000% recommend and will use them for any future key and lockout needs.

I had a key made at a kiosk in Walmart (that probably wasn’t a great idea in the first place). Well anywho I got home with the new key and it did not work at all. I did a refund online which was easy. Let’s see if they actually refund my money.

I purchased 2 door keys 🗝️ they do Not Work
I also purchased a car key🗝️ but you didn’t the right thing I sent you a picture of the unit that locks and unlocks the door by pressing the buttons but you sent just a regular ignition key. I asked for the box unit.

I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Installer was prompt, professional, quick. No complaints on installer. Great job. Shock on the price though and office could not explain why so high. Again phil did a great job installing in our home today and very professional and honest.

I wasn’t for sure if I could operate the machine on my own without assistance. When I overcame my own self doubt, I followed the instructions(it even allowed me to correct my mistakes and offered assistance). I was very impressed! In the future I will use the service again!
