Got 3 keys made and none of them work. Not exactly replicas of my key and I followed all the instructions on the machine. Need a refund however that hasn’t been the easiest process either

I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

just wanted to make sure all who will read this review that this company will charge $285 when they quote over the phone $135. then the guy called someone and started laughing about it. never again, sucks this happened when i just moved here. to abuse someone in a helpless situation and take advantage is just horrible. i will never suggest this company for anything. hope they do not get work by word of mouth. i am about to tell the veteran community about their underhandedness. shame on y’all!

Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!

If I could give zero stars I would because this is the second time I’ve gone into my local Walmart to make a new spare key and when I get home, the key doesn’t work in my door. It makes the key either too thick or it doesn’t make the grooves deep enough. TWICE in two weeks this has happened now. I NEED a key so I will be going elsewhere.
