Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.
