I had a great experience with this car key shop! My car key wasn’t working properly, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. Spoke to a live person Saturday afternoon. I was asked all details – lock type, location, how quick I need to get it unlocked etc. Verified my contact number and was told I’ll get a call back in 10 to 15 minutes by a technician. I never did get a call back.

The worst customer service – I’d give 0 stars if I could. When I dropped the locks off to be re-keyed, they made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them and continued to huff and puff through our encounter. I should have taken my things and left at that point. However, I did not and when I returned to pick up the keys, the woman at the front desk barely spoke to me and then proceeded to toss my items on the counter. After reading other reviews, it seems as though this seems to be a common problem for this business and I should have assessed prior to giving them my money.

Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.

They were so amazing! Able to help me get my father in laws keys out and a spare made while I’m out of town. They got him taken care of within an hour and were very reasonable priced. I appreciate them helping us so fast and painlessly

Newer cars and their fancy security key fobs are great, … until there not. but Berrys made it easy! Came out after-hours on a Saturday, didn’t charge an arm-&-leg for home service, and was a super nice guy.
Made us a brand new key/fob combo without the transmitter on the old fob working.
It was a hard deal but Randy worked through it and made it happen for us.
Would not recommend anyone else in the KC area!
