Fast and easy but $7 for a standard house key is Ridiculously overpriced. I’m giving 4 stars for it being fast and convenient, but I had to deduct a star because of how overpriced it was.

We were locked out of our vehicle on New Year’s Eve and thought there was no quick way to get it resolved. Boy, were we wrong! Fantastic customer service. I called because my senior mom’s front door wouldn’t lock and he was there in an hour to fix it right up. Appreciate the fast turnaround to keep her safe!

Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.
