I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. Lost my keys to the house we’re moving into. After verification that we were the actual owners they were there in less than 15 min. And unlocked the new house in less than 5. Very polite and professional. Absolutely would recommend again. The price was 100% fair, reasonable, and affordable. Next time I lock myself out I’m calling them again.

Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. Kiosk key copy. Key worked good and was convenient however was overpriced and even wanted more to debur that is a standard practice for a new key. Probably won’t use again unless in a pinch.

We purchased a used minivan that came with only 1 key fab and no keys. It is push to start but we had to have a back up just in case. ASAP Lockout was fast and friendly. How convenient to have service right at your home. We were able to set a date immediately for service. He provided a discount for multiple key fabs and even left the one we had programmed for back up. His price couldn’t be beat even by the big name stores. It was a pleasure working with you! I removed the burrs from all three keys before I tested them. They all worked great without any issues. I’m a MFG Engineer. If I was given Instructions for removing the burrs from the keys, I missed it. Before using the keys they should have all the burrs removed from them to prevent metal burrs from being deposited inside the lock. I used a wire brush to remove the burrs.
