I was very satisfied coming to this key shop. Annette was straightforward with the problems of my key if it was to be copied. She made the copy and it opened and started my car. For a car copy and magnetic box was $15. It was a win win for me!

I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

We were locked out of our vehicle on New Year’s Eve and thought there was no quick way to get it resolved. Boy, were we wrong! Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!

Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.

Serious company. The technician Russ is great. Pricey but quality work. And good service and they stand by their work. There was a glitch with a lock repair and they came out and fixed everything to perfection. No additional charge. Good company that we’ve used over the past several years. Good people.

Had a tremendous experience there earlier this week. I was working on fixing a door handle/lock and just could not find the right type of screw for it at hardware stores. I went in to explain the problem and Shawn was able to diagnose the issue right away then provided me a screw and hex wrench at no cost! I appreciate the level of customer service despite not even making a sale.
