Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. Two days ago, I had locked my keys in my car at a job site. How embarrassing! I contacted Dave and had a great experience. Dave explained to me that he had never unlocked my type of car. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Even though, he did not have experience of unlocking my car, he got it open in UNDER 15 minutes. He was kind about it and a good positive attitude. Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!

I bought an older home that didn’t come with keys and I couldn’t bring myself to throw out the beautiful detailed hardware. I pulled several of the deadbolts and knobs off, took them to Loyd and he decided them and made me a set of keys for just pennies of what it would have cost replace all the locks and he was quick too! 10/10 recommend him for all locksmith needs!

I wish I could leave them zero Stars the only reason they get one is they showed up on time. THe locksmith they sent had no knowledge of changing home locks. He claimed they were some special pressurized locks which the next locksmith laughed at and changed in no time. He ruined one of my locks which wouldn’t even open with my key and didn’t tell me.He lost two screws off my main door lock, one inside chamber and one found on floor near vent in my home. luckily the next company I called found them. He also knocked the chunk out of my door frame not telling me and I just moved into this nice home we worked so hard for.
EXRREMELY disappointed with the service and the mess they left without even telling me how they messed up my locks very unprofessional.
