Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.

The key fits and unlocks the lock perfectly , the experience was novel after fifty years of hardware store keys .
The touch screen required a definite touch , a light swipe wasn’t enough to continue but that may be a positive thing, a tentative tap isn’t commitment.
The directions were straightforward and clear , the process was simple .

If I could give zero stars I would because this is the second time I’ve gone into my local Walmart to make a new spare key and when I get home, the key doesn’t work in my door. It makes the key either too thick or it doesn’t make the grooves deep enough. TWICE in two weeks this has happened now. I NEED a key so I will be going elsewhere.

I got three keys made, my children were happy with the designs they got. Go chiefs!! We also got a polka dot and butterfly key. I got the third key free since I bought two so the cost was just under $20. It took about 10 mins for all 3 keys to get cut. Easy process. Convenient.

The machine says it can copy ANY key. I inserted a small double sided cabinet key and it said the scan was successful. the key it produced was nothing like the one I inserted.

Newer cars and their fancy security key fobs are great, … until there not. but Berrys made it easy! Came out after-hours on a Saturday, didn’t charge an arm-&-leg for home service, and was a super nice guy.
Made us a brand new key/fob combo without the transmitter on the old fob working.
It was a hard deal but Randy worked through it and made it happen for us.
Would not recommend anyone else in the KC area!

I really didn’t want to use your all key machine. I went ahead and placed the house key were it belongs. Chose The key I wanted the copy to be. Had troubles using my debit card. Then , as the key got made , I noticed how it was not the correct form. I went to customer service at menards and menards told me that I have to get in touch with you for a refund. The key is so off the cut.I cannot place it into the doorknob at home to use. As you can see in the picture the gold key is the actual housekey and the camouflage is the copy. I would like to have my refund back as soon as possible.
