I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. 5 stars, no doubt about it.
I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did.
Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Got it all fixed and now I have my car back 🙂
I will definitely be calling Mitch if I ever have any lock problems again, he’s a lifesaver.

Highly recommend. He came to my workplace and fixed the FOB for my car on the spot. Only charged $50, which is a fraction of what a dealership would’ve billed—easily hundreds. Great service and unbeatable value.

Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.
