Leo was amazing! Our somewhat complicated French doors had a handle and central lock mechanism that were no longer working 100% after about 12 years. Leo responded quickly, came and inspected thoroughly, and then fixed our French doors with great care and attention to detail. We could tell he is an absolute locksmithing expert. OMG what great customer service. Called around to get a few quotes from some high rated local Scottsdale locksmiths. Wanted a smart lock which would work remotely. All three recommended Yale. Two of the three said they would sell me the lock for between $250-$300 and then a service charge and installation. Leo from Scottsdale Locksmith said, if you’re a Costco member they have them on sale right now for $149. He saved me about $100 on the lock, actually $200 cause I bought two of them and was really reasonably priced on installation and flexible on install time. Leo was a perfectionist, a great guy and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left.
I stongly recommend.
