I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. Key broke off in the ignition. He said within the hour, maybe 20minutes, he had the key out in like 30 seconds and a new one good to go in less than 5minutes! Life saver! Well worth the $100 for me!

I moved into a Newhouse and needed to make duplicate house keys. It said get 3 keys for the price of 2. Perfect. It seemed to want a different key for the duplicates, but I wanted 3 of the same key. Tried to put that info in, but it only made me 2 keys.

Lost my keys to the house we’re moving into. After verification that we were the actual owners they were there in less than 15 min. And unlocked the new house in less than 5. Very polite and professional. Absolutely would recommend again. The price was 100% fair, reasonable, and affordable. Next time I lock myself out I’m calling them again.

The key fits and unlocks the lock perfectly , the experience was novel after fifty years of hardware store keys .
The touch screen required a definite touch , a light swipe wasn’t enough to continue but that may be a positive thing, a tentative tap isn’t commitment.
The directions were straightforward and clear , the process was simple .
