Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.

The machine was easy to use, the key was correct and they even have a slot to brush the teeth off. You can save your key info and make new keys at the drop of a hat. It was a couple dollars more for a plain brass key 🔑 than other kiosks so that was a little disappointing.

Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!

I enjoy my trips to Walmart almost everytime, they let you walk around, looking for the things you need, and so many workers asking if they can help, not like it used to be don’t think. And the very nice guy in the auto center didn’t make me feel silly asking my auto questions. Very nice service with a cute smile! Thanks! 🛑

The machine did fine but I miss the guy that use to do my keys and the people connection. Wish there was someone there. But, the machine did it’s job.
