Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. My appointment was for noon they didn’t show up in till 12:40. They opened my broken gun safe in just under an hour and then charged me $550. Unbelievable! Me and my wife were shocked at the price. The two stars are for the late arrival and the unreasonable price. Make sure you get a quote. Don’t depend on people to have fair pricing.

I dropped my key fob and it broke. I phoned B’s Lock and Key, based on their 5 star rating and positive reviews. I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They came within an hour and fixed my key fob in 5-10 minutes. Responsive speedy service, great communication, honest and friendly to work with, fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Called on a Sunday morning before 7:00 a.m. and she showed up within 15 minutes and had our car unlocked immediately. I had locked my keys in the car, we are from out of town and was trying to get back on the lake early to finish out our weekend of fishing.
