It could be a little less complicated. Too Confusing. I only wanted one key but ended up paying g for 2.

Made 2 keys at the local Wal-Mart kiosk. Neither worked. Had a local hardware store make 2 keys, both worked. The employee at the hardware store said many, many people come in to have keys made saying they tried Minute Key first and the keys didn’t work. I tried a few times to get a refund online and finally tried calling. The third try calling the call went through and the representative refunded the credit card. What a scam!!!! I imagine most people give up on the refund when it takes so much time to get it. Shame on Wal-Mart for letting an outside entity come in to rip off their customers. I imagine Wal- Mart gets a decent cut of the ill-gained dollars.
