Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!

The best! Woodward Lock & Key is top quality. They are quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. They offer text appointment reminders, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. Prices are terrific, and the service is even better. Tyler is such a pro and calm presence. He’s great with dogs! We had a new home rekeyed and I would use WL&K for any lock needs and recommend highly.

Newer cars and their fancy security key fobs are great, … until there not. but Berrys made it easy! Came out after-hours on a Saturday, didn’t charge an arm-&-leg for home service, and was a super nice guy.
Made us a brand new key/fob combo without the transmitter on the old fob working.
It was a hard deal but Randy worked through it and made it happen for us.
Would not recommend anyone else in the KC area!

kiosk was is front entry of Walmart. THIS WAS SO MUCH easier than finding a clerk to cut a duplicate key for me. New key works perfectly.
