I dropped my key fob and it broke. I phoned B’s Lock and Key, based on their 5 star rating and positive reviews. I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They came within an hour and fixed my key fob in 5-10 minutes. Responsive speedy service, great communication, honest and friendly to work with, fairly priced. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. He came to my workplace and fixed the FOB for my car on the spot. Only charged $50, which is a fraction of what a dealership would’ve billed—easily hundreds. Great service and unbeatable value.

Kiosk key copy. Key worked good and was convenient however was overpriced and even wanted more to debur that is a standard practice for a new key. Probably won’t use again unless in a pinch.

Fast, effective, and great at problem-solving. Nathan was extremely helpful when we were traveling across country and locked our selves out of our rental van!! We had locked the receipt, the key and all of our belongings in the truck and he was able to get us out in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful service highly recommended.

Charles came to us in a jiffy, less than an hour. He was very knowledgable and professional and just an all around kind man. He addressed all our needs and gave us choices. I would highly recommend Schaefer Locks. They are great!
