Fast, kind, knowledgeable. My car key broke off from the fob and Lowes couldn’t help. I walked in and literally minutes later I was back on the road. Cheaper than Lowes and Ace. Small, local, clean. 10/10 this will be where I get all my keys from now. Thanks!

I needed an extra key made for my 2011 Honda Pilot, so I contacted Jim’s Locksmith and Safe to see if they could help. They asked a few simple questions and requested a photo of the key and fob, which I sent by text. Although they didn’t have the key in stock and said it would take a day to arrive, they went ahead and ordered it for me even though my schedule was uncertain. The key was ready the very next day, and the entire service took less than 30 minutes. The price was also lower than four other places I contacted, including the Honda dealership.
