I had a key break off in the ignition of an obscure Chinese motorcycle.

I was recommended The Lock Doctor by a motorcycle shop, and I could not be happier!

They got the key out and were able to make me a new key using the remaining fragments.

Newer cars and their fancy security key fobs are great, … until there not. but Berrys made it easy! Came out after-hours on a Saturday, didn’t charge an arm-&-leg for home service, and was a super nice guy.
Made us a brand new key/fob combo without the transmitter on the old fob working.
It was a hard deal but Randy worked through it and made it happen for us.
Would not recommend anyone else in the KC area!

I really didn’t want to use your all key machine. I went ahead and placed the house key were it belongs. Chose The key I wanted the copy to be. Had troubles using my debit card. Then , as the key got made , I noticed how it was not the correct form. I went to customer service at menards and menards told me that I have to get in touch with you for a refund. The key is so off the cut.I cannot place it into the doorknob at home to use. As you can see in the picture the gold key is the actual housekey and the camouflage is the copy. I would like to have my refund back as soon as possible.

The key doesn’t work. I accidentally ordered 3 others to be mailed to me; hoping those work. So far it’s a waste of money and time.

Order a key for my car on a sat. Said it would be sent in 1 business day. Ok still waiting on my key to show up. Kinda suck cause I really need the key to drive my car and now dont know when it will be Here cause there is a delay on the delivery of it.

I tried all 3 new keys today. One worked easily, two did not. They fit in the lock but wouldn’t turn. Will try again on a warmer day and hope that will solve my problem. THEN I will be perfectly satisfied with the key service.
