I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. 5 stars, no doubt about it.
I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did.
Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Got it all fixed and now I have my car back 🙂
I will definitely be calling Mitch if I ever have any lock problems again, he’s a lifesaver.

We purchased a used minivan that came with only 1 key fab and no keys. It is push to start but we had to have a back up just in case. ASAP Lockout was fast and friendly. How convenient to have service right at your home. We were able to set a date immediately for service. He provided a discount for multiple key fabs and even left the one we had programmed for back up. His price couldn’t be beat even by the big name stores. It was a pleasure working with you! I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.
