Two days ago, I had locked my keys in my car at a job site. How embarrassing! I contacted Dave and had a great experience. Dave explained to me that he had never unlocked my type of car. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Even though, he did not have experience of unlocking my car, he got it open in UNDER 15 minutes. He was kind about it and a good positive attitude. Serious company. The technician Russ is great. Pricey but quality work. And good service and they stand by their work. There was a glitch with a lock repair and they came out and fixed everything to perfection. No additional charge. Good company that we’ve used over the past several years. Good people.

I wish I could leave them zero Stars the only reason they get one is they showed up on time. THe locksmith they sent had no knowledge of changing home locks. He claimed they were some special pressurized locks which the next locksmith laughed at and changed in no time. He ruined one of my locks which wouldn’t even open with my key and didn’t tell me.He lost two screws off my main door lock, one inside chamber and one found on floor near vent in my home. luckily the next company I called found them. He also knocked the chunk out of my door frame not telling me and I just moved into this nice home we worked so hard for.
EXRREMELY disappointed with the service and the mess they left without even telling me how they messed up my locks very unprofessional.

Fast, kind, knowledgeable. My car key broke off from the fob and Lowes couldn’t help. I walked in and literally minutes later I was back on the road. Cheaper than Lowes and Ace. Small, local, clean. 10/10 this will be where I get all my keys from now. Thanks!

Key broke off in the ignition. He said within the hour, maybe 20minutes, he had the key out in like 30 seconds and a new one good to go in less than 5minutes! Life saver! Well worth the $100 for me!
