5 stars, no doubt about it.
I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did.
Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Got it all fixed and now I have my car back 🙂
I will definitely be calling Mitch if I ever have any lock problems again, he’s a lifesaver.

I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind.
