I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Called on a Sunday morning before 7:00 a.m. and she showed up within 15 minutes and had our car unlocked immediately. I had locked my keys in the car, we are from out of town and was trying to get back on the lake early to finish out our weekend of fishing. Amazing how quick she was so we could get back out on the lake!! Thank you again! Highly recommend!!!

both of the owners were on site. Had great knowledge in the making of the key for my car. Programmed it. My old key was breaking and falling apart. I feel so good having a working key fob again !!

Key broke off in the ignition. He said within the hour, maybe 20minutes, he had the key out in like 30 seconds and a new one good to go in less than 5minutes! Life saver! Well worth the $100 for me!

I arrived at our condo at the lake last night to find that our electronic deadbolts battery was dead. I had no key. That has since been remedied. A quick search on my phone found Skelton Key & Lock. I made the call and spoke with Dave. He was immediately on it. Within half an hour, Drew arrives. Fifteen minutes later I am in my condo. This was all after hours on New Years Day.
