Two days ago, I had locked my keys in my car at a job site. How embarrassing! I contacted Dave and had a great experience. Dave explained to me that he had never unlocked my type of car. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Even though, he did not have experience of unlocking my car, he got it open in UNDER 15 minutes. He was kind about it and a good positive attitude. Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!
