These locksmiths definitely know what they’re doing! They are very knowledgeable and were very very helpful when I brought a mortise lock in that had been damaged by someone who didn’t know what they were doing.

The service was exceptional, when I explained my situation. I unfortunately forgot to get the person’s name, I would like to apologize. The associate that answered my call in duress was exceptional and I thank him very much, and I appreciate it. Was able to unlock my door in 2 seconds with speedy service, and if this ever happens again, I will definitely be calling again. It was also reasonably priced and not to expensive. Thank you.

Master Locksmith SoCo arrived in less than 30 minutes after I unintentionally locked myself out of my residence at 9 PM! Mike, the technician, was quite amiable and managed to get me back inside without breaking my lock. Unlike other locksmiths, they didn’t try to upsell me, and their prices were reasonable. A huge relief! I will definitely give them another call if I ever need assistance.

I got a new key remote from this place and it was affordable price for the Remote but the programming fees $140 that’s a little bit over the hill. It took him 30 seconds. You guys need to change your price on that one. You’re doing a good service but this programming fee it’s way too much 30 seconds that’s what it took you.

The locksmith was a wonderful person to work with. He kept in contact and let me know exactly what I needed to fix a lock on a security door at my restaurant. He communicated with me during the process and did an amazing, quick job. My business is now secure again thanks to him!!

Prices of keys were misleading. $2/key for buy 2, get 1 free drew me in however the keys I selected cost $4/$5 each. Each key took longer than 1 minute to make. I was there for 20 minutes or so for 11 keys. Lastly the bonus keys I got I was hoping would be the same style keys I purchased but I received brass keys that were boring and lacked style compared to my printed keys. A bit of a disappointing experience for how much I spent on all the keys purchased…it was convenience for location but I would shop around a bit longer before I decide on a place to make duplicate keys.
