Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. If I could give zero stars I would because this is the second time I’ve gone into my local Walmart to make a new spare key and when I get home, the key doesn’t work in my door. It makes the key either too thick or it doesn’t make the grooves deep enough. TWICE in two weeks this has happened now. I NEED a key so I will be going elsewhere.

Regaurdi g the kiosk at walmart in Ava, Missouri, I would’ve rated lower but couldn’t. Cut 3 keys that weren’t even the right blank let alone the right pattern. -5/10
