I had two keys made at the vending machine in Menards at Jefferson City. The instructions were easy to follow and the keys were made promptly. When I got home and tried them in my door lock they worked perfectly. A very convenient affordable service

The worst customer service – I’d give 0 stars if I could. When I dropped the locks off to be re-keyed, they made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them and continued to huff and puff through our encounter. I should have taken my things and left at that point. However, I did not and when I returned to pick up the keys, the woman at the front desk barely spoke to me and then proceeded to toss my items on the counter. After reading other reviews, it seems as though this seems to be a common problem for this business and I should have assessed prior to giving them my money.

Not too bad for a machine making keys. It only took maybe like 5 mins or less to pick, cut, and pay. Key looks really nice and fits my house door perfectly. Gave it 4 stars because why so much for a basic key.

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!

The new key messed up our door lock and we have to replace the entire lock and door knob. We couldn’t turn the door knob so had to take the entire thing out to open the door. The 3rd key was supposedly free so when I asked for a refund I didnt recieve the entire amount of $18.30.

I bought an older home that didn’t come with keys and I couldn’t bring myself to throw out the beautiful detailed hardware. I pulled several of the deadbolts and knobs off, took them to Loyd and he decided them and made me a set of keys for just pennies of what it would have cost replace all the locks and he was quick too! 10/10 recommend him for all locksmith needs!
