Called on a Sunday morning before 7:00 a.m. and she showed up within 15 minutes and had our car unlocked immediately. I had locked my keys in the car, we are from out of town and was trying to get back on the lake early to finish out our weekend of fishing. Amazing how quick she was so we could get back out on the lake!! Thank you again! Highly recommend!!!

I bought an older home that didn’t come with keys and I couldn’t bring myself to throw out the beautiful detailed hardware. I pulled several of the deadbolts and knobs off, took them to Loyd and he decided them and made me a set of keys for just pennies of what it would have cost replace all the locks and he was quick too! 10/10 recommend him for all locksmith needs!

Very professional and knows what he’s doing. Was able to program and cut the key for the fob on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We’ve used him for years for a variety of different locks / keys etc.

The worst customer service – I’d give 0 stars if I could. When I dropped the locks off to be re-keyed, they made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to them and continued to huff and puff through our encounter. I should have taken my things and left at that point. However, I did not and when I returned to pick up the keys, the woman at the front desk barely spoke to me and then proceeded to toss my items on the counter. After reading other reviews, it seems as though this seems to be a common problem for this business and I should have assessed prior to giving them my money.

Key broke off in the ignition. He said within the hour, maybe 20minutes, he had the key out in like 30 seconds and a new one good to go in less than 5minutes! Life saver! Well worth the $100 for me!

Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!
