I had a key break off in the ignition of an obscure Chinese motorcycle.

I was recommended The Lock Doctor by a motorcycle shop, and I could not be happier!

They got the key out and were able to make me a new key using the remaining fragments.

I ordered 9 keys. After adding my first two keys, it prompted that a 3rd would be free. I assumed that for every 2 I bought I would get the 3rd free. So I added all nine keys I still only got one free key, instead of the assumed 3 free. I unfortunately, had to place 3 separate orders in order to get that third key free. Overall, it was easy to use and quick.

I tried all 3 new keys today. One worked easily, two did not. They fit in the lock but wouldn’t turn. Will try again on a warmer day and hope that will solve my problem. THEN I will be perfectly satisfied with the key service.

Very convenient and inexpensive way to get copies of keys made. Gone are the days of hunting down a blue/orange vest to get it done for you. Excellent idea!

Two days ago, I had locked my keys in my car at a job site. How embarrassing! I contacted Dave and had a great experience. Dave explained to me that he had never unlocked my type of car. These keys absolutely do not work. I had 3 spares made of my house key, and got locked out while severely sick because I was stupid enough to trust the quality of KeyMe’s products. Not a single one of the spares works on the lock they were made for, do not waste your money or trust your ability to access anything that you’re accessing with these keys.

It was a very simple process using the kiosk, and it took about the same amount of time as having a human do it. The options for designs are limited, but still good options. The buy 2, get one free was an unexpected surprise! The keys worked perfectly when I tried them later. The only criticism I have is that there’s no price listed on the kiosk until you start the process. It would’ve been nice to have that printed on the outside.
