Charles came to us in a jiffy, less than an hour. He was very knowledgable and professional and just an all around kind man. He addressed all our needs and gave us choices. I would highly recommend Schaefer Locks. They are great!

I enjoyed the process once I figured it out. I had help at first but found it fun. When I got home my keys worked great! Bonus was getting two keys and the third free!

Tyler came out and had a key made for my truck that I had lost 2018 RAM with auto start.
He was prompt, easy to talk to, friendly and professional. Not a bad thing to say about the whole thing. Thanks Tyler!

Loved it,but the unique keys are a bit high and I wish it would make keys that has a chip in it. Only having 1 key to a vehicle is no fun. Other than that it was great. Glad it’s there. Had just 1 key made off.

This guy is AMAZINGLY helpful.
I left a request for a call back yesterday on his website for help to clone a 2007 Corvette BCM for me. He promptly called me back and spent over 20 minutes explaining why I DIDN’T need his service as it’s usually just the 2005 model year that is an issue.
He easily could have said “sure, send it in and I’ll do it for you” but instead spent most of the call listening to the particulars of the problem I was experiencing and then outlining a very detailed approach on to how to remedy it, including checking and cleaning all the major ground terminals and where to find them.
Early indications are that his suggestions ended up fixing the problem as I was able to run the car for 20 minutes just now without it throwing a single CEL, something I hadn’t been able to do for months. I’ll know for certain later today when my friend brings over his Tech2 to confirm, but I’m confident it will.
He basically saved my racing season for me.
