I wish I could leave them zero Stars the only reason they get one is they showed up on time. THe locksmith they sent had no knowledge of changing home locks. He claimed they were some special pressurized locks which the next locksmith laughed at and changed in no time. He ruined one of my locks which wouldn’t even open with my key and didn’t tell me.He lost two screws off my main door lock, one inside chamber and one found on floor near vent in my home. luckily the next company I called found them. He also knocked the chunk out of my door frame not telling me and I just moved into this nice home we worked so hard for.
EXRREMELY disappointed with the service and the mess they left without even telling me how they messed up my locks very unprofessional.

Was very unhappy. Minute key didn’t let me have a choice in what key I was getting made when plan as day the machine had enough eyes for choices. Then when I got home and tried to use it the key was to fat. I had to climb though my bedroom window became I looked my other set in my room. That’s how I found out the key didn’t work. I was late to work and tired after climbing though a window that was two stories tall…that was a great morning. Would love a refund if possible. Thanks

We were locked out of our vehicle on New Year’s Eve and thought there was no quick way to get it resolved. Boy, were we wrong! Aaron was to our house in less than 5 minutes and was into our car within 3 minutes. We were so thankful! Very professional and kind young man. We would most definitely recommend You 1st Locksmith.
