Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.

Well, not as good as id hoped. Out of 4 keys only 1 worked. When i started my order it sàid buy 2 get 1 free. I dont think that had applied here. When i tried to cancel it told me i would get 33% off my order and again i dont think it applied. I was just wanting 3 key and some how i ended up with 4 keys. Out of the 4 keys again only 1 worked. Thankyou.

The service was exceptional, when I explained my situation. I unfortunately forgot to get the person’s name, I would like to apologize. The associate that answered my call in duress was exceptional and I thank him very much, and I appreciate it. Was able to unlock my door in 2 seconds with speedy service, and if this ever happens again, I will definitely be calling again. It was also reasonably priced and not to expensive. Thank you.

The locksmith was a wonderful person to work with. He kept in contact and let me know exactly what I needed to fix a lock on a security door at my restaurant. He communicated with me during the process and did an amazing, quick job. My business is now secure again thanks to him!!

I got three keys made, my children were happy with the designs they got. Go chiefs!! We also got a polka dot and butterfly key. I got the third key free since I bought two so the cost was just under $20. It took about 10 mins for all 3 keys to get cut. Easy process. Convenient.

Called on a Sunday morning before 7:00 a.m. and she showed up within 15 minutes and had our car unlocked immediately. I had locked my keys in the car, we are from out of town and was trying to get back on the lake early to finish out our weekend of fishing. Amazing how quick she was so we could get back out on the lake!! Thank you again! Highly recommend!!!

Commercial was dispatched to repair an installation job performed by ADT for our business. Their tech Kameron was very knowledgeable and was able to repair the issue after three other companies failed to repair in a timely matter. I highly recommend to anyone that has a Commercial business to check them out.

just wanted to make sure all who will read this review that this company will charge $285 when they quote over the phone $135. then the guy called someone and started laughing about it. never again, sucks this happened when i just moved here. to abuse someone in a helpless situation and take advantage is just horrible. i will never suggest this company for anything. hope they do not get work by word of mouth. i am about to tell the veteran community about their underhandedness. shame on y’all!

Key worked, but they wanted an extra $2 to de – burr the key and clean the edges…. that’s ridiculous!! I was already being charged $7 for a simple copper key. I used to cut keys at Home Depot and it’s not a difficult process. To charge $7 for a $4 key and then request an additional $2 to clean it up is just another indication of the state this world is in.

I made 4 keys with the machine, if you follow the prompts it’s fairly easy. You do have to put the key in 2x & make sure you push it in snug! I paid over $20 & that’s a bit pricey imo. Having only a 4 designs to choose from, i wasn’t happy about it but i needed them right then.
I was curious about car keys but can’t risk it at that price. This wasn’t the 1st time I’ve went to make a key & was disappointed with the selection
