One of my keys is short and unusual. It did not fit in your keosc. I was not sure if you could make the key. Since it did not fit well I did not want to have it made with your machine. I arrived home late.The keys I had made go to locks I haven’t installed yet. I haven’t tried the keys to make sure they work. If you want more input I will let you know if I have any problems. I would is you if I’m Menards and needed to have keys made.

I wish I could leave them zero Stars the only reason they get one is they showed up on time. THe locksmith they sent had no knowledge of changing home locks. He claimed they were some special pressurized locks which the next locksmith laughed at and changed in no time. He ruined one of my locks which wouldn’t even open with my key and didn’t tell me.He lost two screws off my main door lock, one inside chamber and one found on floor near vent in my home. luckily the next company I called found them. He also knocked the chunk out of my door frame not telling me and I just moved into this nice home we worked so hard for.
EXRREMELY disappointed with the service and the mess they left without even telling me how they messed up my locks very unprofessional.

It was a special key and couldn’t get it copied anywhere then I tried your machine and it worked. Made me very happy because I only had one key

Someone broke into my work van and trying to drive it away the broke the ignition . I did call Hollister safe and lock Ed came and fixed same day ; I call around 9:00AM and by noon a was on the road again .

Keys work fine. The buy 2 and get one free works for the first key on the order but not the second key. The second key on same order was full price for all three. It appears that you need to do a separate order for each key to get the buy 2 get one free deal. Also, if you’re in a time crunch this machine is not speedy. If doing 3 keys or 2 orders of 3 keys, plan to be there awhile! No need to pack a lunch, but close!!

Billy was excellent to work with. He was extremely transparent during his evaluation of the vehicle and the cost of everything involved. The car was barely running when I brought it in to be checked and it broke down completely before the appointment to have it worked on. Billy to time out of his weekend to fix it so I could make it to work on Monday. Absolutely recommend.
