I called to get a door re-keyed. They said a tech would call soon. That tech couldn’t show up as soon as I needed so I asked him to cancel the ticket and said I’d find someone more local. Two more techs called trying to schedule something, each not knowing I had already cancelled. I asked each of them to cancel the ticket as well. Then I called the office number again and told them to cancel it. Three more techs have contacted me since. All the same day. Not sure if this is negligence or harassment at this point.

I arrived at our condo at the lake last night to find that our electronic deadbolts battery was dead. I had no key. That has since been remedied. A quick search on my phone found Skelton Key & Lock. I made the call and spoke with Dave. He was immediately on it. Within half an hour, Drew arrives. Fifteen minutes later I am in my condo. This was all after hours on New Years Day. I am very pleased with their prompt courteous service. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Skelton’s Key and Lock is a new contact in my phone.

Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!

This was AWESOME! I’ve gone without a second key, wanting to avoid the $150+ cost of a new one. We were leaving a Walmart and saw the JeyMe kiosk next to the claw games and my husband said, “Why not give it a try?” We did and with in just a week we had our second key and it works PERFECTLY! I’m looking foward to starting my car and not having to worry about someone driving off with it while it’s warming up. If you’re not sure? Go for it! We’re glad we did.
