I purchased 2 door keys 🗝️ they do Not Work
I also purchased a car key🗝️ but you didn’t the right thing I sent you a picture of the unit that locks and unlocks the door by pressing the buttons but you sent just a regular ignition key. I asked for the box unit.

I wasn’t for sure if I could operate the machine on my own without assistance. When I overcame my own self doubt, I followed the instructions(it even allowed me to correct my mistakes and offered assistance). I was very impressed! In the future I will use the service again!

Update (One Month Later):

I originally left a five star review because the service during the initial visit was excellent. Unfortunately, the key that was created for my car stopped working about two weeks later. It no longer locks or unlocks my doors automatically.

I reached out to the company several times and was told the technician would call me back. After multiple attempts, I finally connected with him and was told it would be a $95 charge to reset a key that had just been created. I requested to speak with a manager because I did not feel I should be charged again so soon for an issue with the same key.

It has now been over a month with no return call and no resolution, even though I spent over $500 total in services within this same time period. The original issue with my key remains unresolved.

I’m updating my review so future customers have a full picture of my experience. I’m still open to a resolution if the company reaches out.

Oscar at Master Key Locksmith is the best locksmith I’ve ever worked with. My car’s ignition locked up, and I accidentally broke the key inside. Instead of paying for a tow, Oscar came directly to me, which was so convenient. He made a new car key on the spot and explained what was going on with the ignition and steering lock.

A few days later, when the issue happened again, I called him back. Oscar came right away, replaced the steering ignition parts, and made sure everything was working perfectly. The car has been running great ever since. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable—clearly an expert at what he does.

Charles came to us in a jiffy, less than an hour. He was very knowledgable and professional and just an all around kind man. He addressed all our needs and gave us choices. I would highly recommend Schaefer Locks. They are great!

We had a wonderful experience with Nate our Locksmith. He was early, let me know when he was on his way. He had no problem working with my son in the pouring rain. Took him step by step through the process of programming his key fob and made sure his battery was back connected(my son disconnected it because his keys were stolen out of his car the night before).
We will definitely be using this service again for the customer service and for the reasonable pricing that came with it. 1/3 of what it would have cost me to take it to our dealer. Thanks Nate!

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!

Called them up and had RJ aka Rick come out the same day and had a great experience. Had the best offer & was easy-going, professional, and straight to the point.

Sidenote: My Ma can be a handful since she’s old-school & he is a very patient man and was respectful. Dealt with other “Tow” guys and they can be divas.
