Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.

The machine was easy to use, the key was correct and they even have a slot to brush the teeth off. You can save your key info and make new keys at the drop of a hat. It was a couple dollars more for a plain brass key 🔑 than other kiosks so that was a little disappointing.

I was so frustrated with my situation. I called them and they were so nice and professional. He arrived quickly, got my car open and new keys made. Great experience, great company! Definitely will use them again.
