I dropped my key fob and it broke. I phoned B’s Lock and Key, based on their 5 star rating and positive reviews. I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They came within an hour and fixed my key fob in 5-10 minutes. Responsive speedy service, great communication, honest and friendly to work with, fairly priced. Highly recommended!

I Lost My Key At Night Called Soon As They Opened & He Came Within 15 Minutes. Key was made in less than 15 minutes! I’m overly excited and thankful for his urgency with my situation. I never had a locksmith come in a reasonable time. Highly recommended. Especially for the price.

Fast, effective, and great at problem-solving. Nathan was extremely helpful when we were traveling across country and locked our selves out of our rental van!! We had locked the receipt, the key and all of our belongings in the truck and he was able to get us out in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful service highly recommended.

The keys (3) made for a mailbox lock all had shards of metal remaining on the stem of the key. Also, I wasn’t given the option to receive my receipt. Once I carefully removed the shards, I tested them out. Unfortunately, neither copy properly opens the mailbox lock.

The second key, for my home’s front door, was processed without difficulty and works flawlessly.

KeyMe can be found anywhere nowadays and I would say it’s one of the most popular ways for people to get copies for keys. The quality could definitely be hit or miss. If a key has some bad cuts on the teeth, the keys will usually still work on your locks, and the more you use your key, the bad cuts will eventually smooth down with time. I’m mainly ticked that getting a basic brass key is $6 now where I live. Not too much, but I still think it’s a bit too much money for just one key copy.

I really like the do it yourself machines. That way I can just go in, pick what I want and it’s very easy to navigate the screen. Not much to it. I love that you have several different keys to choose from. Just wish they were a tiny bit less expensive, but it doesn’t stop me from choosing the $4 key option. I like to pick different keys based on what locks they go to. It makes it much easier when looking for a key.

The customer service is fantastic. They’re kind and quick to resolve issues. Unfortunately, these machines are not accurate enough to make an exact copy. At least the reps are quick to provide refunds! One more persistent than myself could continue to go back with refunds until the machine happens to provide an accurate copy.

Tiger Towing was so helpful rescuing us with our broken down pickup and travel trailer in the late afternoon. The tow truck drivers delivered us safely to a local RV park and got the travel trailer parked nicely into our site. The next morning a driver was back to take our pickup to get repaired. The dispatcher and drivers were so helpful and kind! I can’t give them enough stars!
