Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. My car key broke off ring and got lost, called Greg’s lock and key service. Set up a time and they came to my job and made and programmed a new key. Fast and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would because this is the second time I’ve gone into my local Walmart to make a new spare key and when I get home, the key doesn’t work in my door. It makes the key either too thick or it doesn’t make the grooves deep enough. TWICE in two weeks this has happened now. I NEED a key so I will be going elsewhere.

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!
