I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!

Josh and his staff at Security Locksmith are second to none. The sikeston store has been my go to when I need a key or key fob for one of our vehicles. They always get me right in when I schedule service and are so helpful. I love that all their service calls are routed through one store but they can schedule for the Cape store too or even a service call. Today I needed a new car fob as I couldn’t find our second one and our son was taking my car back to school. I called Houston and he said although they would love to see me Josh in Cape could fix me up and they had the product I needed in stock. I didn’t even schedule an appointment but when I got there Josh was ready to help. The atmosphere is nice and they have a nice waiting area. They have a lot of security products and key options. You really can’t go wrong with either store. Great knowledgeable staff with friendly helpful service

Newer cars and their fancy security key fobs are great, … until there not. but Berrys made it easy! Came out after-hours on a Saturday, didn’t charge an arm-&-leg for home service, and was a super nice guy.
Made us a brand new key/fob combo without the transmitter on the old fob working.
It was a hard deal but Randy worked through it and made it happen for us.
Would not recommend anyone else in the KC area!

Cool and convenient. I think it’s a rip off to offer but 2 get 3rd free and give discount on the standard key. Ultimately still spending more.
