I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn from Warren’s for a replacement key and FOB, for my mother-in-laws vehicle which is in Bismarck, ND. Although I am based in Georgia, I was really impressed by how seamless Carolyn made this whole process, despite the distance. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and responsive. I was able to arrange everything remotely and they kept me updated throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by their ability to handle the service so smoothly, even though I wasn’t physically there. I would definitely recommend Warren’s Lock and Key. They made this complicated situation easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Super friendly service!! Had to stop at 3 different key copying places (I didn’t know what I was doing) and this was my last stop, and the best experience!!! Girl with semi dyed hair and tan skin was so so kind and helpful and brightened my day! 🙂

Wanted to charge me 190$ and when I said no they offered 170$ and they wouldn’t take no for an answer and kept asking for my card info, so I just hung up. Found a local guy and he showed up in 15min, had it done in 10min and only cost 80$. Would not recommend going through keyme.

2 stars for it giving me the key, but the rest of the process is very slow and pricey at that. it took 10 minutes for me to get 1 key and it was almost 10 dollars by itself. no fancy design or anything. never using these machines again. and even with key trimming it still gets stuck at times.
