Called on a Sunday morning before 7:00 a.m. and she showed up within 15 minutes and had our car unlocked immediately. I had locked my keys in the car, we are from out of town and was trying to get back on the lake early to finish out our weekend of fishing. Amazing how quick she was so we could get back out on the lake!! Thank you again! Highly recommend!!!

I arrived at our condo at the lake last night to find that our electronic deadbolts battery was dead. I had no key. That has since been remedied. A quick search on my phone found Skelton Key & Lock. I made the call and spoke with Dave. He was immediately on it. Within half an hour, Drew arrives. Fifteen minutes later I am in my condo. This was all after hours on New Years Day. I am very pleased with their prompt courteous service. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Skelton’s Key and Lock is a new contact in my phone.

Called said he’d get here in 20. An hour later asked for estimated time till arrival. No answer so we called someone else. An hour and a half later shows up (we have a dog who doesn’t bark but is people friendly) who walked up to his truck since he didn’t even bother getting down. Dog jumps gently on his door and he shoves him to the ground. Never thought someone would be so heartless to a dog especially when he shows up late and doesn’t even bother getting down from his truck to talk to us.

Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. 2 stars for it giving me the key, but the rest of the process is very slow and pricey at that. it took 10 minutes for me to get 1 key and it was almost 10 dollars by itself. no fancy design or anything. never using these machines again. and even with key trimming it still gets stuck at times.
