Ric was great! I was locked out of my truck with it running in a fire lane (don’t ask!). It took less than 30 minutes from the time I made the call to the time Ric had performed the service and I rendered payment. Top notch, fast service at a reasonable price. I really didn’t want to use your all key machine. I went ahead and placed the house key were it belongs. Chose The key I wanted the copy to be. Had troubles using my debit card. Then , as the key got made , I noticed how it was not the correct form. I went to customer service at menards and menards told me that I have to get in touch with you for a refund. The key is so off the cut.I cannot place it into the doorknob at home to use. As you can see in the picture the gold key is the actual housekey and the camouflage is the copy. I would like to have my refund back as soon as possible.

Newer cars and their fancy security key fobs are great, … until there not. but Berrys made it easy! Came out after-hours on a Saturday, didn’t charge an arm-&-leg for home service, and was a super nice guy.
Made us a brand new key/fob combo without the transmitter on the old fob working.
It was a hard deal but Randy worked through it and made it happen for us.
Would not recommend anyone else in the KC area!

Called for a locksmith, got a call center who didn’t care. Ticket got put in for service and immediately declined (for a car to be unlocked). Worst customer support I’ve seen.

LOCK AND KEY EXPERT didn’t meet my expectations. Communication was slow and unclear from the start, making it difficult to get basic information about pricing or scheduling. When the technician finally arrived, the work felt rushed, and I received little explanation about what was done. It was quick and easy and the keys were made correctly. The only problem was I requested electronic receipts and never got them. So thankfully the keys worked. Obviously I put in the correct address as I got this review request in my email.
