I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Two days ago, I had locked my keys in my car at a job site. How embarrassing! I contacted Dave and had a great experience. Dave explained to me that he had never unlocked my type of car. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Even though, he did not have experience of unlocking my car, he got it open in UNDER 15 minutes. He was kind about it and a good positive attitude. If I could give zero stars I would because this is the second time I’ve gone into my local Walmart to make a new spare key and when I get home, the key doesn’t work in my door. It makes the key either too thick or it doesn’t make the grooves deep enough. TWICE in two weeks this has happened now. I NEED a key so I will be going elsewhere.

Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. I dropped my key fob and it broke. I phoned B’s Lock and Key, based on their 5 star rating and positive reviews. I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They came within an hour and fixed my key fob in 5-10 minutes. Responsive speedy service, great communication, honest and friendly to work with, fairly priced. Highly recommended!
