Amazing service! I needed a replacement key and they were able to get it done the same day. The whole process only took about 15–20 minutes, and the key included a remote, which was a huge plus. The employees were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciate how smooth and fast everything was. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services!

Best person and locksmith Ever.
I had an issue on my HHR and called around, 1 never called me back, the other said they’d come over and then no showed, Then I Called Joe – what a difference when you care about your business. Joe was up front, he said he was busy but scheduled my Mobile appointment. He sent me a text to confirm the appointment and sent me one the following day so I knew he was on his way.
A soon as he arrived he went to work diagnosing the issue. Honestly, I was shocked, he even called me over to show me the diag results and tests. He demonstrated that he was trust worthy and knew his profession – that was greatly appreciated.
After all was said and done, he stated that he didnt want to waste my time and money and said that I should take it to a shop . I reached out to hand him my credit card and he said “no charge” He said that he was happy to help and didnt want to take payment. He called it “doing the right thing.”
I was blown away. Even after all he did and coming out on such a cold day, the guy showed his professionalism and kindness. Now a days, Few business show this care for their clients.
I cant recommend Joe enough, if you’re reading this, just call him. He’s fair, professional and honest. Moving forward, I will go to him for any locksmith issues I require.

So unprofessional as owner got upset over the dumbest things . All I asked was for a quote and just because I made a mistake of giving him my car year , owner got super upset like if he doesn’t make mistakes and made it such a big deal. Owner doesn’t know how to accept constructive criticism or feedback even after explaining the bad customer service given to me and his reaction. No wonder he has 4 stars . Do better please, if your the type of person who doesn’t know how to speak to people especially in customer service, your in the wrong business

This is the best locksmith in bakersfield! I highly recommend. I had such a great experience. I called, and he came to where I was within 15 minutes to unlock a door that was jammed on my class b RV. He was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and efficient with time. Camping world wasn’t able to help me at all, but he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Affordable also.

Serious company. The technician Russ is great. Pricey but quality work. And good service and they stand by their work. There was a glitch with a lock repair and they came out and fixed everything to perfection. No additional charge. Good company that we’ve used over the past several years. Good people.

Had a tremendous experience there earlier this week. I was working on fixing a door handle/lock and just could not find the right type of screw for it at hardware stores. I went in to explain the problem and Shawn was able to diagnose the issue right away then provided me a screw and hex wrench at no cost! I appreciate the level of customer service despite not even making a sale.
