Very professional and knows what he’s doing. Was able to program and cut the key for the fob on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We’ve used him for years for a variety of different locks / keys etc.

Called on a Sunday morning before 7:00 a.m. and she showed up within 15 minutes and had our car unlocked immediately. I had locked my keys in the car, we are from out of town and was trying to get back on the lake early to finish out our weekend of fishing. Amazing how quick she was so we could get back out on the lake!! Thank you again! Highly recommend!!!

I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. I arrived at our condo at the lake last night to find that our electronic deadbolts battery was dead. I had no key. That has since been remedied. A quick search on my phone found Skelton Key & Lock. I made the call and spoke with Dave. He was immediately on it. Within half an hour, Drew arrives. Fifteen minutes later I am in my condo. This was all after hours on New Years Day. If I could give zero stars I would because this is the second time I’ve gone into my local Walmart to make a new spare key and when I get home, the key doesn’t work in my door. It makes the key either too thick or it doesn’t make the grooves deep enough. TWICE in two weeks this has happened now. I NEED a key so I will be going elsewhere.
