I have locked myself out of my apartment several times and they have always been the ones for me to call. They are friendly and have not judged me (I know I deserve to be judged for my forgetfullness). They always show up quickly and have always been kind. Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. I moved into a Newhouse and needed to make duplicate house keys. It said get 3 keys for the price of 2. Perfect. It seemed to want a different key for the duplicates, but I wanted 3 of the same key. Tried to put that info in, but it only made me 2 keys.

5 stars, no doubt about it.
I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did.
Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Got it all fixed and now I have my car back 🙂
I will definitely be calling Mitch if I ever have any lock problems again, he’s a lifesaver.

We moved and needed our doors re-keyed. Stewart was able to key them all to the same master and then make ten copies of that key for us. He fixed a keyless entry and programed it too. His fee was more than reasonable…I didn’t even think about tipping him until he left, but I wish I would have! His keys are NICE quality!
