Great experience, they were very punctual with their arrival time and fixed my car key and fob case no issues whatsoever. Thank you to the technician “Dustin R.” for his punctuality and professionalism. My wife can use her car keys again lol. Thanks a lot guys, will definitely recommend Pop-a-lock.

Came in and got two keys made for my car. They was quick and very helpful. The dealership was going to charge way more than what he did. So I saved money and got to meet someone who cares about the community and have been here for over 30 years. Will come back and refer everyone I know.

Excellent experience! I brought in a small electronic safe that I could no longer open. They swiftly went to work, gave me some options, and had it open in no time. Amazing service! I called because my lock was jamming and would no longer turn so I thought I’d need to replace it. The lady on the phone did some troubleshooting and told me a few things I could try to fix it myself before having her come out. Her solutions were quick and worked. Thankyou so much!

Called to schedule a service, called the link on Google for the crystal city location. Guy who I spoke with gave me all the information, sounded great came in today to have the service done. When I got there they told me they couldn’t do it at that location and said I would have to go to saint Louis. Very poor communication and a total waste of time.
