I left my key in my jacket in my truck and tried everything I could to unlock it. The gentleman that came to unlock my vehicle was very fast despite driving all the way to Houston and displayed phenomenal customer service with a a good sense of humor aswell. And the pricing is fantastic! Especially compared to the $500 it would’ve cost to use the the online dispatch service. I absolutely recommend this business for said emergency situations.

I feel like it is a little expensive to have a key made but every key that I have had made through the machine has worked 100%. I think they ought to offer a key rig for every three keys that you purchase.

Charles came to us in a jiffy, less than an hour. He was very knowledgable and professional and just an all around kind man. He addressed all our needs and gave us choices. I would highly recommend Schaefer Locks. They are great!

Arrow Lock and Key is hands down the best locksmith shop in Springfield! Kerry is not just a locksmith—he’s a true professional who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. You won’t and can’t find better service elsewhere.

I was in a tough spot on a holiday, locked out of my Truck. Kerry went above and beyond to help me out. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and extremely fair with his pricing. I called around and Arrow Lock and Key had some of the most competitive rates in town. Beyond price, the real difference is Kerry himself—he’s the kind of person you can trust completely. Kerry could charge a premium and I’d still prefer to support him over big-box stores.
