Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. I bought an older home that didn’t come with keys and I couldn’t bring myself to throw out the beautiful detailed hardware. I pulled several of the deadbolts and knobs off, took them to Loyd and he decided them and made me a set of keys for just pennies of what it would have cost replace all the locks and he was quick too! 10/10 recommend him for all locksmith needs!

I was in a tough spot on a holiday, locked out of my Truck. Kerry went above and beyond to help me out. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and extremely fair with his pricing. I called around and Arrow Lock and Key had some of the most competitive rates in town. Beyond price, the real difference is Kerry himself—he’s the kind of person you can trust completely. Kerry could charge a premium and I’d still prefer to support him over big-box stores.

We had a wonderful experience with Nate our Locksmith. He was early, let me know when he was on his way. He had no problem working with my son in the pouring rain. Took him step by step through the process of programming his key fob and made sure his battery was back connected(my son disconnected it because his keys were stolen out of his car the night before).
We will definitely be using this service again for the customer service and for the reasonable pricing that came with it. 1/3 of what it would have cost me to take it to our dealer. Thanks Nate!
