Jeff was very professional and on time. He had to work a little extra as it was an older ignition that had been previously resmithed. Never once hesitated to share his knowledge, was extremely polite, kept his cool and a great sense of humor. Quote I received on the phone was the price I paid upon completion. 5 stars, no doubt about it.
I was stuck in a super frustrating situation where the ignition in my car wouldn’t let the key turn, despite trying everything, so I was basically stranded. I called a car repair shop and they immediately referred me to Precision Lock & Key, and now I’m not at all surprised why they did.
Mitch fit me in with his schedule well, explained what needed to be fixed and my options for the specific part I needed. Got it all fixed and now I have my car back 🙂
I will definitely be calling Mitch if I ever have any lock problems again, he’s a lifesaver.
